    Why This Exists

She is not the problem. The rules are.

Women are launching businesses at record rates. But the tools, networks, and support systems they depend on were designed for someone else. That is not a gap. It is a design flaw. And Wayfindher® was built to change it.

    By the Numbers

The numbers are not the argument. They are what happens when the rules leave her out.

    44%

of new U.S. businesses started in 2025 were women-led

    40.6%

of all U.S. businesses are women-owned

    $2.8T

in annual revenue from women-owned U.S. businesses

    12.6M

people employed by women-owned U.S. businesses

And just 0.7% of venture capital goes to companies founded entirely by women. The infrastructure has never caught up. Wayfindher is changing that. You do not have to be raising money for that number to matter. It tells you who the rules were written for, and it was not her.

44%: Gusto, 2026 New Business Formation Report. 40.6%, $2.8T, and 12.6M: Wells Fargo, The Impact of Women-Owned Businesses 2026, figures projected to 2025 from U.S. Census Bureau data. 0.7%: PitchBook-NVCA Venture Monitor, Q2 2026.

    The Barriers

    Four real barriers

These are not inconveniences. They are the reason too many capable women burn out before they break through.

    Fragmented by Design

She is the one holding it all together, and nobody is paying her for that.

The tools are not the problem. Holding the connections between them in her head is, and that work never shows up on the list. One system that carries her roadmap, her wellbeing, and her community means she stops being the thing holding it together.

    Isolated by Default

The people who know this work are not in the room.

The people who love her do not know this work, and that is not a personality trait or something she failed to network her way out of. Circles puts her with women in the week she is in, matched by stage rather than industry.

    Burning Out, Not Breaking Through

Founders' mental and physical health predicts their business income in later years.

No platform has ever treated emotional wellbeing as a business strategy. Your Pulse changes that, tracking motivation, energy, and momentum so Wayfindher can support you, not just your business plan.

Hatak and Zhou, Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, 2021.

    Underfunded, Not Unqualified

Companies founded entirely by women receive 0.7% of venture capital.

The funding gap is not about capability. It is about access and preparation. Capital readiness built in from day one means she is not scrambling when the opportunity arrives.

    Real Experiences

If this sounds familiar, you are in the right place.

These are the experiences we keep hearing. If any of them sound familiar, you are exactly why we are building this.

"You have Googled 'how to start a business' at 2 a.m. and felt more lost than when you started."

"You have sat in a room full of people who were supposed to be just like you, and still felt completely alone."

"You have burned out trying to figure it all out yourself, while being told to just believe in yourself more."

"You have wondered if your idea is big enough, even though it keeps you up at night."

"You have made the spreadsheet, the vision board, the business plan, and still do not know your next step."

"You have wanted a place where ambition and authenticity are not in conflict. Where building does not have to break you."

If any of this sounds like you, you are exactly who Wayfindher was built for.

    Let Us Be Honest

What building here actually looks like.

    This IS for you if...

    • You are building something real and want real support
    • You are tired of figuring everything out by yourself.
    • You want tools that treat your wellbeing as part of your strategy
    • You believe you deserve real tools, real support, and a real community
    • You are willing to show up, share honestly, and grow alongside others

A few honest things to know

    • There is no magic formula here. There is a next best step sized to the week you are actually in, and then the one after that.
    • This is more than inspiration. It is a working plan and a circle of women who show up.
    • The community is the point, not a feature bolted on. You will be in a room with women who are where you are.
    • This is being built with you, so some of it is still on the way. What is here works, and it grows as you do.
    The Opportunity

    This is the moment

The Great Wealth Transfer. The rise of women-led startups. The explosion of remote and independent work. Everything is converging at once. The women who have the right support around them right now will be the ones who break through. Wayfindher is built for this moment. And at the center of all of it is a woman with an idea, a drive, and for the first time, the right support right beside her.

    The Founder's Why

Why I walked away to build this

After more than two decades leading product and program teams across global enterprises, I had the title, the track record, and the paycheck. But I also saw something clearly: the rooms I sat in were never designed for women like me.

I watched brilliant women shrink themselves to fit. I watched founders with world-changing ideas burn out because they had no support system. I watched the gap between what women were capable of and what the infrastructure offered grow wider every year.

"I didn't leave corporate because I was tired. I left because I finally saw what needed to be built, and I couldn't unsee it."

    Amy Ross, Founder

That is why Wayfindher exists. Not as a product. As a promise.

    Wayfindher

You were never the one who needed fixing. You were building inside rules that never accounted for you.

Wayfindher is what should have existed all along. Built around the reality of how women actually build, for every woman who is ready to stop piecing it together and start building with everything she needs.

You get founding access because we want you to build Wayfindher with us.
