Amy spent more than two decades leading high-stakes product and program teams across global enterprises. She launched initiatives that moved markets and led through crisis, change, and complexity. But despite the success, something was missing. So after years of navigating rooms where ambition was celebrated but purpose was optional, Amy walked away and built what she wished had existed, for herself, and for every woman who came after her.
Amy moves fast, feels deeply, sees the big picture, and brings infectious energy wherever she goes. She is part strategist, part soul whisperer, an intuitive, fire-starting force who can take a messy idea and turn it into a movement.
